All special orders, final markdowns (discounted 50% or more), swimwear and jewelry items are FINAL SALES. No refunds or exchanges please.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to exchange or issue store credit on any item (other than special orders, final markdowns, sunglasses or jewelry) which has not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Items will be accepted by mail within 21 days of receipt of purchase with original packing and invoice. Items returned after 21 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to insure your package for the full value in case of loss.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number or will not be accepted. Write your RA# on your invoice and enclose with your return package.

To make an exchange, please make a note on your invoice of what you would like to exchange for. To ensure availability, please note the item when you submit your Return Authorization Request, and we will check availability and hold the item for you.
